2014 1st Quarter Market Report
Charlottesville Area 1st Quarter 2014 Highlights:
- Closed sales were unchanged compared to Q1-2013, with 492 homes sold in Q1-2014. - The median sales price of $244,250 in Q1-2014 was up 7.4% from Q1-2013, the fourth consecutive quarterwith year-over-year price gains. - Half of homes sold in the 1st Quarter were on the market 76 days or less, 18 days shorter than the mediadays on market (DOM) of 94 days in the same quarter last year.
