Parkside Village is community of 62 single family houses and townhomes located in the town of Crozet in the Charlottesville area.

There are mature trees and the area is well kept. Secondly, the area is friendly and active. The houses are typically 2+ stories with basements and garages. In addition, the 2 story townhomes are attractive and fit into the cottage styling of the area. Most properties are 1/4 acre and under in size. Development began here in the early 2000’s. Further more, the Parkside Village Homeowners Association manages 5.69 acres of open space. Most importantly, this community is within walking distance to downtown Crozet. You can see folks of all ages out walking, visiting with neighbors, or enjoying the amenities of Claudius Crozet Park next door. In other words, this is a great place to live with many wonderful extras!

Townhomes in Parkside Village Neighborhood in Crozet VAOne of the best features of Parkside Village is that it is located right in the town of Crozet, next to the very popular Claudius Crozet Park. Above all, this park is a mecca of outdoor sports venues. Nearby is the beautiful Mint Springs Valley Park for hiking and fishing. Crozet has many wonderful amenities with just about anything you may need nearby. Groceries can be bought at Crozet Great Valu (Crozet Market) in town and Harris Teeter and Brownsville Market just outside of town. In addition, the town has UVA Family Medicine and Sentara Crozet Family Medicine. Also, there is a librarya variety of restaurants and shops, the wonderful Crozet Hardware Co. and Starr Hill Brewery.

Of important note, the Crozet area is rich in culture and the arts. Also, there is the bi-annual Crozet Arts and Crafts Festival. The Crozet Historic District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Crozet is only 15 minutes from downtown Charlottesville and UVA. Above all else, living in Parkside Village a great way to experience wonderful small town life not far from the city of Charlottesville. Finally, you cannot ask for more.
