The Clover Hills Neighborhood is a community of 29 properties along 4 roads just off Earlysville Road. Homes are located on Ardwood Road and scenic Panorama Road leading to Eyre Road, and Manor Road. Although the area is mostly wooded, there are some homes that have views of the beautiful farmland nearby.
Homes along the roads in the Clover Hills Neighborhood vary in style. They are ranch, split-level, colonial, salt-box and modern. This is because development began at different times on each road. Also, there is the original 1830 farmhouse off Ardwood Drive. Construction is mostly wood and/or brick. Some of the properties are vacant residential land. Many homes are in the trees while others back up to the woods. The entire area is a wonderful mix of homes on lots ranging is size from 1-43 acres. Development began in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Neighbors can be seen put walking their dogs or working on their property. It is quiet and pretty here with seasonal mountain views from several places. Similar to other Earlysville neighborhoods, it is another great place to live.

Most homes are traditional wood and /or brick ranches. One home dates back to 1900 and yet another as late as 1997. Most development began in 1973. These properties have lawns and views of Earlysville Road with woods in the back. Albemarle County considers Little Clover Hills a separate subdivision.

A short drive away is Rte. 29, offering great restaurants and great shopping. Hollymead Town Center offers Harris Teeter, Target, Panera Bread, and much more. Nearby is the Forest Lakes shopping area. Here you will find Food Lion, a UPS store, a car wash, and other restaurants, etc. The Charlottesville Airport is also in this area. Historic Downtown Charlottesville and the University of Virginia are only a 20 minute drive away. Certainly this makes the Clover Hills neighborhood convenient to all things Charlottesville.
