Fray’s Grant Neighborhood in Earlysville
The Fray’s Grant Neighborhood is a large community of 55 private properties along and off Fray’s Ridge Crossing just off Fray’s Mountain Road. The area is quite special and beautiful.
First of all, one will be quite awestruck upon entering the very upscale Fray’s Grant neighborhood! This is because it is extraordinarily beautiful with gorgeous mountain views, rolling hills, meadows, and forests. The properties here range in size from 2 to 74 acres. It is still under development with over 30 lots of vacant land for sale. Some properties back up to the Rivanna River. Most homes are grand in scale and vary in style from colonial manor to modern arts and craft. Construction is varied with wood, brick, stone, and/or masonry. Almost all homes have long driveways and some are hidden through the woods. There are horses, lovely barns, and meticulously landscaped grounds and woods. The panoramic views are breathtaking. While the area is quiet and peaceful, friendly folks can be seen walking, running, and cycling at any given time. Also, there is a Fray’s Grant Property Owners Association.
