Earlysville Heights Neighborhood
The Earlysville Heights Neighborhood is located in the heart of Earlysville proper just past the small commercial area. This older community of mostly ranch and split-level style homes has a small town feeling to it. This is because lots are smaller than other Earlysville area neighborhoods. The streets end in wooded cul-de-sacs.
The Earlysville Heights neighborhood began developing in the 1960’s. The 56 residential properties consist of 1/2 to 2 acre lots on rolling hills with wooded back areas. Similar to many Earlysville areas, mature trees, home gardens, and maintained landscaping make this area very quaint. While many houses are ranch and split-level in style, there are a few cape homes. All are made of brick and/or wood. The area seems very community oriented. This is because home owners can be seen gardening, walking, or working on a home project at any given time. Above all, this area is very charming and walkable to the town center.
