Miller Division Neighborhood in Earlysville
The Miller Division Neighborhood is very interesting little community. It includes 6 properties along Miller Road and 2 on Advance Mills Road.
First of all, the Miller Division Neighborhood is truly a very interesting Earlysville area! This is because of the different variety of home styles. Most are fairly modern. The original 1754 farmhouse on Advance Mills Road still exists. It was last remodeled in 2007. Each property is unique. Some houses are in the open while others have a long driveway and/or are in the trees. Also, there are some mountain views. Lots range in size from 2 to 4 acres. The area really began developing between 2001 and 2014. It seems to be a friendly and comfortable place where all types of folks live. Due to this neighborhood’s demographics, it can be a special place to come home to.

Miller Division is just 5 minutes away from Earlysville proper. Here you will find a post office, professional offices, an animal hospital, and several churches. The beautiful Rivanna River is also close by. A short drive away is Rte. 29, offering great restaurants and great shopping. Hollymead Town Center offers Harris Teeter, Target, Panera Bread, and much more. Nearby is the Forest Lakes shopping area. Here you will find Food Lion, a UPS store, a car wash, and other restaurants, etc. The Charlottesville Airport is also in this area. Historic Downtown Charlottesville and the University of Virginia are only a 20 minute drive away. In comparison to other nearby areas, Miller Division is also in a great countryside location.
