The best descriptive word of the Windsor Estates Neighborhood is enchanting. This is because you sense family and community all in one lovely area. Homes are colonial, cape, ranch and farmhouse styles in many colors. Construction is mainly wood and brick. In contrast to other Earlysville neighborhoods, there is one unique feature of many properties. They have individual treehouses or playhouses (or sheds)! These out buildings are attractive and match the color of the main houses. Most lots are 1.38 acres in size. (The Windsor Estates Homeowners Association owns 15+ acres of residential vacant land.) Development began in the late 1970’s. Similar to other Earlysville areas, many homes are resting back among trees. Also, there are gardens and manicured lawns. Even more, it really is a pretty neighborhood. Finally, what a pleasant place to call home.
