I receive a daily email message from Work It, C’ville, which is a “digital complement to the Charlottesville Business Journal” (the CBJ is produced by our local daily paper, The Daily Progress). I loved seeing that the feature article today congratulates Ragged Mountain Running Shop for their 30 years of success. I am not a runner, and bad knees keep my husband from running any more… but we always buy our athletic shoes from Ragged Mountain. We know we’ll get the best shoes for our feet, knees, backs… We also know that we’ll receive unparalleled service.
Owners Mark and Cynthia Lorenzoni have been such amazing “good citizens” for Charlottesville, always investing their time and the resources of their business in athletic events that support charitable causes throughout the Charlottesville community. I learned from the article that they are mentors for post-collegiate Olympic hopefuls (Cynthia trained for the Olympics, too)… Read the the CBJ feature for this and more: Ragged Mountain Running celebrating 30th anniversary
