I have always loved the abundance of tall trees and beautiful scenery in the Earlysville Forest neighborhood. This special community begins directly from the center of Earlysville. Most houses are tucked into wooded areas of 1-2 acres along Earlysville Forest Drive as well as cul-de-sac side roads. Privacy is very apparent yet neighbors’ homes are within sight. Some houses are on a hillside while others sit below. Even more, there are gorgeous mountain views in some areas. Also, it is very family oriented and animal friendly.
The development of the Earlysville Forest neighborhood began in 1981.
ALL homes are single family houses, made of all natural materials (wood) with 2×6 construction. The variety of home styles include ranch and cabin-like structures. The newer sections have more traditional Virginia style construction such as cape or colonial. All homes are painted in complimentary earth tones that blend into the environment. Earlysville Forest residents have a Home Owners Association. All homes have private sewers. Water is supplied by a community well system which is set in a park like area for residents only.
There were 13 home sales in Earlysville Forest in 2018. Prices ranged from $275,000 to $369,000. For more information, please visit here: Details of 2018 Home Sales in Earlysville Forest
