Yesterday’s snow is a perfect example of snowfall in Central Virginia. The region endured 5-10 inches and a day of slower activity, but today is clear, sunny, and the snow is beginning to vanish. This photo is of our vegetable gardens yesterday; it’s hard to imagine that it is green under much of that white, since I planted cover crops last fall! Looking at the positive side of this surprise weather, more snow means fewer garden pests and more water for the ground reservoir.
As for the Charlottesville house-selling season, I keep getting the same question… “How is the market coming in?” The answer is easy –> It’s really heating up, and this little bit of snow won’t cool it down. I encourage all fence-sitters to make your move now!
Call me and I’ll get up and running for the best deal on your perfect Charlottesville-area home.
