How to Save on Your Charlottesville Kitchen Remodel

Funny that I am posting this a couple of years after the completion of our own remodel... there are some savings we might have made if I had read this earlier!  Actually, we would have taken the wall out and installed all new recessed lighting regardless, but we remodeled for a twenty-year stay.  Whether or not we actually live here another twenty years is immaterial... that's the plan, and we remodeled with that plan in mind.

If you are considering remodeling and have questions, please call me.  I'm happy to offer advice and I understand that it may not be heeded.  I think the more fodder you add to the mix, the better your decisions.  My approach will always be value-based, and I believe that's an important piece of the overall puzzle.

I spent a lot of time pouring over the Houzz.com site before and during our recent construction, and I continue to read the site now because I think it's better than HGTV (though maybe not as entertaining).  Following is one of Houzz.com's articles which should give you ideas about how to save on your Charlottesville kitchen remodel.
